The St John’s Fete has been running for more than 20 years and today the event drew one of the biggest crowds organisers have seen.
It raises money for the St John’s Anglican church in East Tamworth.
The fundraising benchmark is $25,000 and with all that’s on offer- pony rides, a garage sale and fairy floss- the event rarely fails to meet its mark.
The money raised helps St John’s Church support many charities, while it’s op shop provides care bags and clothing to Tamworth Base Hospital.
