GUILTY PLEA IN EAST LISMORE BOWLING CLUB ROBBERY

One of four men allegedly involved in the armed robbery of the East Lismore Bowling club last July has pleaded guilty to being an accessory after the fact.
Kristopher William Smith will be sentenced in the district court next month.
His other two charges of aggravated break and enter, and robbery in company while armed with a dangerous weapon were withdrawn.
His co-accused, including Federal MP Janelle Saffin’s son Edward Saffin will have their matters heard next month.
