A man who escaped from a correctional centre in the state’s north-west has been re-captured near Kempsey.
The 19 year old had been on the run since ANZAC day, when three men were reported missing from the centre at Gongolgon near Brewarrina.
Two of the men, aged 21 and 18, were recaptured five days later hiding in the roof cavity of a house in South Kempsey.
The third escapee was found by police yesterday at a house in West Kempsey.
