A man has been shot during a robbery in Coffs Harbour overnight.
Police say the 20-year-old man was in a laneway at Park Beach Plaza around 7pm when he was confronted by a man who demanded his phone and wallet.
After handing over his wallet, he was then shot in the shoulder.
Police are appealing to the public for any information into the identity of the offender.
He is described as having a dark complexion and dark scruffy hair, and was wearing dark clothing.
