A fire burning at Diamond Head Road, south of Dunbogan has been brought under control.
Firefighters worked through the night to contain the 130 hectare fire and remained on the fire-ground today.
No properties were under threat.
Meanwhile, a hazard reduction burn is being carried out south of Wauchope while two other bushfires in the area are controlled.
With only two weeks until the season officially starts people are being urged to prepare a bushfire survival plan.
