One of Tamworth’s busiest roads will be reduced to two lanes from tomorrow.
Construction will begin to install traffic lights on the corner of Belmore and Bridge streets, which will include the removal of the roundabout at the intersection.
The speed limit will also be reduced to 40-kilometres an hour for the next two months.
Traffic won’t be able to turn right from Bridge Street into Belmore Street or right from Belmore Street.
Work is expected to wrap up at the end of July.
