CANE TOAD DISCOVERED ON THE CENTRAL COAST

They’re known to thrive in warmer climates…so naturally, animal experts were shocked when a cane toad was handed in to a Central Coast wildlife sanctuary in the dead of winter.
The discovery could mean the invasive and poisonous pest is adapting to cooler weather.
