An intensive search in underway for a four-year-old boy who has been missing from his home at Nambucca Heads on the mid north coast since midday.
Riley Martin, who has down syndrome, was last seen in Short Street wearing red pyjamas and a black top.
Police are combing the streets and bushland around Short Street with the help of SES and police dogs.
A command post has been set up at Coronation Park.
The family’s three dogs, a kelpie and two fox terriers, are also missing.
The boy is described as being of caucasian appearance, about 127cm tall, chubby build, with short brown hair.
