A Ballina funeral home director is facing additional charges over the alleged theft of jewellery and other personal items from the dead.
Neil Gray wasn’t in court today when police added fraudulent misappropriation of money, and making false documents to obtain financial advantage to his charge sheet.
Gray’s lawyer entered a plea of not guilty to all 17 charges on his behalf.
Police will present their evidence at Ballina courthouse in April.
