Port Macquarie-Hastings Council’s general manager is under investigation over an undisclosed staffing matter.
It’s understood an independent person has been appointed to look into several complaints made against Andrew Roach.
Council administrator, Garry Payne, said for confidentiality reasons he wouldn’t be commenting on the matter.
He did, however, move to reassure the community that the issue would have no impact on the normal operations of council.
