An 18 year old man has fronted court accused of bashing a 63 year old woman in Casino on Tuesday night.
Dianne Davis was checking her bins with her partner Geoff Wischart (WISH-ART), when she was allegedly assaulted.
Police later arrested Daniel Max Gordon in a nearby home and charged him with a range of offences including assault occasioning actual bodily harm and intimidation.
He was granted conditional bail at Lismore court yesterday.
