KANGAROOS TOO STRONG FOR THE SWANS

The Tamworth Kangaroos have taken out the first Bill Holder Cup clash of the season, smashing the Swans by 55 points.

The red and whites kept pace with their rivals early, even drawing level midway through the second quarter.

But the undefeated Kangaroos then found another gear, [Notes:06:20]kicking 70 second half points to secure an eight goal victory.

In the round’s other matches, Narrabri had its first win since re-entering the competition, and the Saints suffered their first loss of the year.
