A B-Double coal truck lost part of its load heading into a corner on one of Newcastle’s main industrial arterial roads.
Part of the rear trailer broke off after crashing into road signs on the Elizabeth Street roundabout on Hannel Street around 10 am. The driver of the truck was uninjured. No other vehicles were involved and there were minor delays and traffic diversions while the cleanup continued.
