people should not be allowed to purchase new “stuff “until they can find proper disposal of their old “stuff”. Perhaps then people would be more wise with purchases & proper disposal. Salvos hard earned dollars for charity should not have to be used for clearing up others rubbish. next purchase think “cradle to the grave” how will this s”stuff” be disposed of? while much can be reused charities are not disposal units.
