The controversial Byrrill Creek dam proposal appears dead in the water with the New South Wales Government saying it will block any move to construct it.
But interestingly Tweed Shire Mayor Kevin Skinner says he’s yet to see any formal paperwork on the decision, and until then remains committed to the project.
