The Westpac Rescue Helicopter has flown a 44-year-old woman to hospital, after she fell from a horse on the Central Coast.
The incident, which occurred around lunchtime, happened at Palm Grove near Ourimbah.
The woman reportedly suffered neck and back injuries.
She was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital.
