O’FARRELL’S CUT TO HEALTH WILL HURT REGIONS

The O’Farrell government’s $3-billion cuts to health funding will impact most on regional communities,according to the New South Wales Nurses Association.
Representatives met with Labor Opposition spokesman, Greg Donnelly, in Coffs Harbour this morning.

The Labor Party says the cuts will means longer waiting times at regional hospitals.
” We have a problem with our emergency departments that will clearly continue to be an issue waiting lists particularly in respect to surgery will continue to be long.”
