Congratulations to John on his election to the position of mayor. I feel that there is no better person on the new council to try to bring a true balance to the future development of the Gloucester district. He certainly has a close personal knowledge of the the threat posed by the inappropriate expansion of mining activity in our valley.I wish him well in his future endeavours in the new council
