If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at blind bowls or wheelchair basketball, Coffs Harbour’s Sportz Central is the place to be on Friday.
The stadium’s hosting a ‘come and try’ fun day as part of International Day of People with a Disability.
As well as the sports just mentioned there’ll be table tennis, badminton and hockey.
The day isn’t just an excuse to have fun, but a chance for people to try their hand at activities that might not usually have access to.
