David Mehan has been named as Labor’s representative for the Entrance in the upcoming State election, after winning pre-selection today.
All three candidates greeted voters this morning with the hopes of running in March.
But Mr Mehan claimed a marginal win, beating fellow candidate Peter McCabe by just 6 votes.
Mr Mehan, from Ourimbah has been a member of the Australian Labor Party for more than 20 years.
