There was a glimpse into the lifestyles of the rich and famous today as the super yacht Athena graced into Newcastle Harbour.
At 90 metres long, the three masted schooner is the private yacht of US computer software billionaire Jim Clark.
Best known as the founder of the company, Netscape, and more recently for marrying Aussie supermodel Kristy Hinze, Clark uses his luxurious yacht as a home away from home as it travels the world with a professional crew of 20.
The Athena is docked at the Azzura work berth in Carrington ahead of cruising the coast and Sydney.
