Gosford City Council- Your resurfacing hasnt worked, it just makes cars slide further, the guard rails only stop cars careening into houses, and probably makes the damage and injuries worse,(although thank god for them, as i dont want to imagine how many cars may have landed in my back yard)… and slippery when wet signs, please. what a joke.
