A cartoon about boat people has taken out this year’s Bunker Gallery Cartoon Award in Coffs Harbour.
Canberra’s Pat Campbell was judged best political cartoonist and best overall for his work titled, Ambitious Endeavour.
The work depicts an indigenous Australian with Cook’s Endeavour in tow.
Sydney’s, Mark Lynch, won the Social Networking section with his work titled Facebook.
Judy Nadin won the best caricature award for her drawing of a raunchy, Becky Cole.
The competition drew 600 entries from 10 countries.
