Eccles the rare and very expensive Eclectis parrot has made a remarkable return home.
After being missing for a week and avoiding one rescue attempt, the cheeky 10-year-old was found in a stranger’s backyard.
His owner, well-known entrepreneur Billy James made the discovery- the family had been scouring the streets for days.
“The odds to that are what? I don’t know but we were absolutely delighted so I got an extension ladder and here he is, thank goodness”
