A 25-year-old Wickham man will stand trial in two months after pleading not guilty to manslaughter.
Jeremy Robert Beasley is accused of punching 32-year-old Greg Newton in the head, during a brawl in Hamilton’s Beaumont Street last November.
Mr Newton fell and hit his head on the kerb, and later died in hospital.
Beasley’s bail has been continued, and the trial is set to begin on the 25th of October.
