It’s a very welcome day for staff at the drastically over-crowded Animal Welfare League.
A new Breeders Code of Practice launched today should help to put an end to accidental litters, and the heart-breaking task of putting down unwanted cats and dogs.
This is fantastic, now the rest of the state needs to follow the Gold Coast’s lead!! Come on Queensland….
We have to be the voice for these animals who cannot speak for themselves!

I’d LOVE Ipswich City council to force desexing for all cats and dogs, unless you have a ‘breeders’ licence.
