Two men have died in separate motor vehicle accidents in the north west in the past 24 hours
An 83-year-old local died, when his vehicle rolled down the side of a mountain, north west of Manilla, sometime between 10am and 4pm yesterday.
The man’s 73-year-old female passenger was flown to Tamworth hospital with neck injuries.
While a male died when his motorcycle left the New England Highway and struck an embankment.
The crash happened between Tenterfield and Glen Innes at around 11 o’clock this morning.
