Police are investigating whether they’ll lay charges against a driver involved in a fatal crash at Byron Bay on the New South Wales far north coast.
20 year old Ben Donohoe died when he was thrown from a Volvo station wagon shortly after three o’clock this morning.
The 26 year old driver and a 24 year old passenger were taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Police say the car crossed onto the wrong side of the road, as it failed to round a bend
It then hit a gutter before slamming into a tree near homes.
