ASIAN BEES THREATEN HONEY PRODUCERS

The introduced Asian Honeybee, which has gained a hold around Cairns, could destroy the Australian honey industry, according to beekeepers.

They’re planning a demonstration in Canberra next week in a bid to have an eradication campaign stepped up.
