A 64-year-old man will reappear in court tomorrow accused of murdering his former defacto at Wingham.
34-year-old Belinda Trad was discovered by neighbours slumped on the front steps of a Bungay Road house, after being shot several times.
Efforts to revive her failed.
After being arrested at gunpoint late yesterday, Frank Townsend of Mooral Creek appeared in Forster Court today charged with murder.
Scientific police are continuing their investigation at the Wingham house, as well as Townsend’s rural property.
