Hundreds have gathered to mark the 100th anniversary of the opening of the Kinchela Boys Home, an institution that saw indigenous boys stolen from their families.
Commemorations began last night with yarning and performances…today there were conversations around turning the site into a national place of healing and truth telling.
And a warning to Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander viewers this story contains pictures of people who have died.
