Last year, John Genetzakis, lost his home, cars and almost his life, after his neighbour planted and detonated a fire-bomb inside one of his vehicles.
Yesterday Sean Cassidy was sentenced to at least 10.5 years behind bars for the crime, bringing Mr Genetzakis a sense of closure.
