The fight to prevent the Australian Taxation Office building on Gosford’s waterfront has come to a crashing halt today, with the Land and Environment Court ruling in favour of the developer, The Doma Group.
Gosford Waterfront Alliance launched the legal action arguing the old public school site should remain in public hands and that the new building was was unlawful.
But today’s decision means the office block will go ahead.
