Tamworth entered the water polo history books over the weekend, taking out the under-14 girls state championships for the first time.
The final went down to the wire, with Tamworth taking out the championship in a penalty shoot-out.
The boys finished fourth in the state, after being knocked out by Sydney club Drummoyne in the tri-final.
