i went through similar incidents with my then 9 yr old son but with Waller bus company..my son was yes a naughty kid and was and had been naughty as an 9 yr old does…talking laughing,swearing,standing up now and then etc.. no worse than most kids really..and one afternoon a wallers bus driver slammed the breaks on SO hard when my son stood up that he went flying into the windscreen smashing it with his head… the bus driver continued to drive about 2 kilometres to our driveway dropped him off where my dad was waiting as i was working and kept driving not informing us he had hit his head or anythin…my son went straight to his room and fell asleep..we thought he might be getting sick and let him sleep…wasnt until the next morning when i went to put my son on bus and the owner Graham Waller was driving and said what happened on the bus yesterday and i was like i have no idea..my son thinkin he would get into trouble didnt say anythin…Graham said ur son broke my window on the bus yesterday im going to inform dep of trans ur future criminal son wont be catching any of my buses… i was like whatever u stupid f#$k ur asshole anyway and took my son off bus…i then got him in car and asked how he broke the windscreen he then said with my head..I WAS FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!! and couldnt believe that someone in care of childrens lives could do this…no matter what my son was doing..he didnt deserve to be smashed into a windscreen by his head.. pull the bus over,call me,call police,drop him home and say he cant go on bus anymore…but u dont do that!!! i then put formal complaint in to dep of transport and driver apparently got black mark on record and driver got warning for not informing me of hit to head… which could of killed him…I AM STILL SOOOOOOO ANGRY with Wallers bus company and since that incident have heard of atleast 6 different incidents bwith other children and parents and Graham Waller.. he is an absolute nightmare to deal with!! my story made front page of northern star few yrs ago and was going to be on a current affair but they interviewed graham waller first and he said he wasnt persuing me for the money to fix windscreen so they didnt need to do story coz that was going to be their angle… northern star kind of took the naughty kid angle to which i think is sooooooooooooo wrong when these adults are the adults and should not be putting our kids in any kind of danger and we entrust our children to them to get them to and from school safely… Ihave heard of HEAPS AND HEAPS of incidents involving bad mean cruel and perverted bus drivers since my sons incident… THERE SHOULD BE MORE PARENTS CAN DO TO KEEP CONTROL OF WHO IS LOOKING AFTER THEIR CHILDREN!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED IN THE WHOLE BUS COMPANIES IN AND AROUND LISMORE AND SO IS SOOOO MANY OTHERS!!!
