It’s been a disappointing start for police during the first weekend of Operation Raid.
They’re worried about the number of arrests for drug possession, after officers uncovered cannabis and amphetamines at roadside stops near the New South Wales-Queensland border.
Locally, drink driving charges are also a cause for concern.
