NEED FOR MORE FOSTER CARERS IN THE HUNTER

Another Hunter support service is also calling for more foster carers.
Life Without Barriers is marking Foster Carers Week by sharing the story of 19-year-old Chloie.
Chloie was placed into care as a teen, now she’s studying to become a primary school teacher with the aim of helping other children.
“I think if we could get around about 20-30 new carers within the region, that would help us support children and young people at the end of the day better.”
