Family and friends farewelled Sue Welch in Toronto this morning, four days after she died in a collision at Harpers Hill near Lochinvar.
Her death has reignited calls for action to fix the highway blackspot, but local residents and the Roads and Traffic Authority agree that there isn’t any easy solution.

On behalf of us three students that were on the bus, we personely think that the government should fix the roads and change the speed limit to at least 80km.Just think people have lost love one’s because of this mistake.As we dont want anyone else to go through the pain and suffering we are going through, so please fix the road…
