Uralla Shire Council has approved a 60-metre telecommunications tower on Mount Mitchell, just a month after rejecting an appllication for a 45-metre-tall structure.
People living in the vicinity say they are bitterly disappointed by today’s outcome and haven’t ruled out legal action.
