TOXIC FUMES FORCE EVACUATION OF SCHOOL BUS

A group of Year 10 students from Port Macquarie was evacuated from a school bus on the Central Coast after toxic fumes from a leaking battery filled the cabin.

10 teenagers were taken to hospital with breathing difficulties but then allowed to continue on with their excursion to Canberra.
