Wyong Shire Council is putting pressure on Premier, Nathan Rees, to appoint a local member of government as the Minister for the Central Coast.
The interim position is held by John Hatzistergos, but Mayor, Bob Graham, says the Central Coast can’t be effectively governed by a minister who’s based outside of the region.
