Moree Plains Shire council was back in the Land and Environment Court today, defending its approval of a shopping complex on Taylor Oval.
It comes after two members of Moree’s Murri Taskforce lodged an appeal, arguing council failed to follow the due process and breached the planning act.
The case was adjourned until the 17th of July.
