Student care at Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School has come under fire with the Department of Education admitting it breeched its duty of care towards a former student.
Yesterday David Gregory was awarded almost half a million dollars to compensate for the bullying he endured, while he attended the Tamworth school during the late 1990s.
