MCDONALD’S MANAGER HAILED A HERO

A man accused of holding police at bay for more than eight hours at a McDonald’s outlet near Port Macquarie, has been refused bail.

49-year-old Sydney man, Dennis Borg, faced court this morning charged with a string of firearm offences.

Meanwhile, a customer who was inside the restaurant, says a McDonald’s manager should be given a bravery award for his actions.
