A three-day hearing has begun in the Land and Environment Court, over the approval of a massive housing development at Catherine Hill Bay and Gwandalan.
The case sees opponents, the Gwandalan-Summerland Point Action Group, take on the State Minister for Planning, and Rose Group.
Rose Group’s proposed developments at Catherine Hill Bay have been given the nod by both the state and federal governments.
The action group is attempting to have Part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act removed, something that would throw a spanner in the works of the approval process.
