The hunt continues for a 49-year-old prisoner who escaped from the Glen Innes Correction Centre on the weekend.
Stephen Jamieson was serving time for break and enter offences and is due for release in 2010.
The man, originally from New Zealand, was last seen at the correction centre at 3.30 on Saturday afternoon, however during the 5.30 muster he was missing.
Police say they have been searching a number of previous addresses in the Lakemba area, but there has been no trace of the man.
Jamieson’s described as being of white European appearance, 175 centimetres tall, with a slim build.
He has brown eyes, black hair and was last seen wearing prison greens.
