The number of suspected swine flu cases in the Hunter New England area has more than doubled to 57,
with 6 of those cases in the New England region.
However, the health service says there are still no confirmed cases of the flu.
Anyone who is suspected of having contracted the disease is being asked to isolate themselves at home for seven days.
