**The body of a teenage girl, believed to be missing teenager Courtney Simon has been found in water near Marks Point.
A nearby resident was walking along the lake foreshore at about 7am, when he saw the body in water.
Courtney went missing earlier this week after a boating mishap.

**All Virgin, Qantas and Jetstar flights in and out of Newcastle cancelled because of the volcanic ash cloud.
The ash has once again caused the cancellation of hundreds of flights right around the country.

**Well known aerobatic pilot, Phil Unicomb, is undergoing back surgery after a stunt went wrong at a Barraba, in the state’s north west, on Sunday.

**Three years after the $4-million overhaul of Newcastle baths, the building still sits half-finished.
While the historic facade was given a major face lift, much of the-eastern side of the baths has been hardly touched.

**And current Knights coach Rick Stone will stay with the club, signing on as Wayne Bennett’s assistant for the next four years.
