Detectives have charged a member of an outlaw motorcycle club with assaulting an off-duty police officer at a hotel in Coffs Harbour last year.
Officers of the Coffs/Clarence Command assisted Queensland police during a raid on a Surfers Paradise house.
The25-year-old probationary constable suffered a bruised and swollen face when he attempted to break up a brawl at the hotel in September.
The bikie is the second to be charged over the assault.
He’ll appear in the Coffs Harbour Local Court on the 28th of October.
