I want to know how much research has been made on the use of botox amd what side effects are likely to occur with the treatment and also how qualified are the practicioners of the process and where does it take place? personally had a stroke late March 2005 and , have been advised that this treatment is only effective if carried out within six months of the stroke; is this correct?
